When your insurance provider sends you into one of our conveniently located national stores to obtain a quote on missing, stolen or damaged jewellery, our staff will work with you you to get the best possible description of your missing item.
You will be asked to provide any previous valuations you may have to provide the date of purchase, the price paid plus provide any photographs or receipts you may have. All of this will assist us to replace the item quickly and with minimum fuss.
Our central Insurance Office will then formulate an estimate value based on the above information and will be able to fax or email the detailed appraisal back to your insurance company as soon as possible.
